I got uttery screwed by my boss and fellow co worker on a deal this morning...so yeah I’m hopping ship. If all goes well, I’ll get an interview with another company this weekend

I’ve heard pretty much this exact scenario from several people who have worked in dealerships. Sounds like it’s mostly par for the course, save a small percentage of dealers (I’d guess maybe 25-30%) with decent management and staff out there.

That sucks. New car sales is typically less screwy, so maybe that’s another avenue to pursue.

Sold real estate a long time ago - guy tried to steal a listing from me, a nono. But in that case, a professional license was involved, and I told the guy I’m sure the state would listen to my arguments if he wouldn’t. You don’t have that advantage.
